Convention Rules and Conditions
2014 AG Bell Convention Rules and Conditions: All attendees of the 2014 AG Bell Convention (“Convention”) of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (“AG Bell”) agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the Convention, including all rules in the Convention program, all future correspondence and as may be posted at the Convention. Attendees of any Convention activity must wear the official Convention name badge. Name badges are required for admission to all events. Badges are closely monitored to prevent unauthorized persons from participating in the Convention. Convention registration may not be used for advertising, promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes or other trade purposes without express written consent of AG Bell. Convention attendees must behave responsibly at all Convention events. Threatening physical actions and disorderly or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Convention, denial of access to Convention facilities and other penalties. Convention attendees voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to the Convention, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Convention, howsoever caused and whether by negligence and or otherwise. Rules and conditions are subject to change without notice.
2014 AG Bell Convention attendees may not under any circumstances conduct any live or recorded audio, video or photographic activities without the express permission of the AG Bell Executive Director or Director of Communications.
2014 Convention attendees grant permission to AG Bell (and its designees and agents) to utilize the attendee’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or the transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the convention in any medium or context for commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation.
