Issue: I click "go" and the course doesn't do anything.
Possible Solution: Disable Popup Blocker
Popup blockers are programs built into your computer’s web browser (internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) to prevent windows from automatically opening.
There are also numerous add-in programs, such as the Google and Yahoo toolbars, that can add Popup blocking capability to a browser that doesn’t support it directly.
Some pop-up blockers can be overridden by holding down the control (CTRL) key when clicking a link.
If you see a yellow warning bar descend from the top of your browser, click on the bar and choose to add the AG Bell e-learning site to your allowed list or to temporarily allow pop-ups.
Disable your pop-up blocker, or add AG Bell e-learning site to your list of exceptions. Here are the uninstall directions for some popular pop-up blockers.
