Contribute to our Future
Every day 33 babies are born with hearing loss in the United States. Even a mild or unilateral hearing loss puts infants at risk. Time is critical. When these children receive early identification, intervention and amplification, they can develop language, literacy and cognitive skills on par with their peers.
Every day, the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (AG Bell) provides information and support to families who are struggling to deal with a diagnosis of hearing loss. We provide resources to help children and families live successfully with hearing loss at every stage of life. But we can't do this without your support.
Their dreams are our dreams.
AG Bell advocates for the educational rights of children to receive quality early intervention services so that they can develop listening and spoken language right from the start. We advance certification standards to increase the number of qualified professionals to support these children and families. And we are working to reduce the cost of hearing technology to open up a world of sound. We cannot continue our advocacy without your support.
